Our research and development team comprises nearly 40 professionals, including senior and mid-career scientists alongside doctoral and master's researchers.
PROCESSES
The Group's core team possesses decades of experience in ceramic production management, establishing an end-to-end process barrier spanning "formulation→forming→sintering→precision machining→finished products." This comprehensive capability has enabled the successful industrialization of multiple advanced ceramic products. With proprietary formulations, we independently master three key forming processes: spontaneous coagulation casting, cold isostatic pressing, and tape casting.
SPECIFICATIONS
Surface roughness (Ra) ranges from 10nm to 1.2μm, with parallelism controlled within 2μm and Total Thickness Variation (TTV) precision ≤1μm under linear control. Our production yield exceeds 85%, supported by proprietary inspection systems, while Class 1,000 cleanrooms and dedicated cleaning lines ensure compliance with high-end client requirements.
